Job summary

You will work Monday to Friday, full-time, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Training and comprehensive benefits are provided to help you perform effectively within a busy retail-health equipment setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced commercial warehouse is preferred but not essential.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and follow manual handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to support showroom and warehouse operations.
• Moderate computer literacy including MS Office for daily tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
• Clear understanding of cross-contamination procedures in handling stock.
• Basic tool proficiency for equipment maintenance and checks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles manually and with forklift assistance.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move and store stock.
• Maintain an organised warehouse and assist with cleaning products when required.
• Clean and disinfect hire equipment returns as part of duties.
• Support showroom floor requirements and stock displays.
• Assist with stock control and purchase orders.
• Pick and pack orders for dispatch.

About The Role

In this role, you will be supporting effective operations within the warehouse while following up-to-date WHS policies. We provide training, uniform and administrative support, enabling you to focus and deliver on our client's needs.

Role Title: Storeperson

Location: Geelong branch, Victoria, Australia

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Warehouse Manager

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial warehouse preferred but not essential
• Physically fit and able to carry heavy items and follow correct manual handling procedures
• Approachable, friendly to colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
• Great communication skills
• Basic computer literacy, including being conversant with Microsoft Office
• Strong organisation skills and ability to effectively multi-task
• Clear understanding of cross contamination
• Handy with basic tools
