Job summary

Randstad is partnering with BAE Systems to recruit Storepersons for the Edinburgh Parks site in SA. This casual role supports the supply chain and plays a key part in materials handling, data entry, and inventory control.

You will work in the Edinburgh Parks facility, using LF forklift licence, with 2 years’ experience, and a focus on safety and compliance. Clearance eligibility is required to work in defence manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a similar environment.
• LF Forklift licence is essential.
• Eligible to apply for Australian Defence Security clearance

Responsibilities

• Unload and load trucks, transportation of materials to and between shipyard drop zones or warehouse locations
• Conduct inspection of inwards and outward-bound materials as delegated by quality and in accordance with the respective policies and procedures
• Input and upkeep of data within the relevant ERP database system
• Operate forklift, and on-site vehicles as required
• Safely store goods and materials in the warehouse
• Establish and maintain goods traceability through application of business policies and procedures
• Receipt, pick, kit, issue and deliver materials
• Conduct authorised inventory cycle counts and inventory adjustments.

Randstad is delighted to partner with one of Australia's leading defence primes, BAE Systems, who are recruiting experienced Storepersons to join their Edinburgh Parks team for major programs in Edinburgh Parks, SA.

Duties

About YOU

• Current High Risk Licences - LF Forklift licence is essential
