Inditex Australia in Burnside, Adelaide, SA, is seeking an In-Store Visual Merchandiser to connect trends with the store layout and product presentation. You will translate fashion cues into compelling displays while guiding a store team to uphold visual standards.

You will analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product and collaborate across shop floor operations. A strong eye for styling and the ability to read the store are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual merchandising or strong eye for styling and product.
• Experience supporting or leading a team in a retail environment.
• A clear interest in fashion, trends and customer behaviour.
• Ability to read the store, make decisions and adapt quickly.
• A collaborative mindset with confidence to guide and influence others.
• Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends (38 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual direction in store, translating trends into strong, commercial displays.
• Monitor product flow and maintain high visual standards across all areas.
• Analyse sales and customer behaviour to promote the right product.
• Support and align the team on visual priorities and daily actions.
• Work across the shop floor, fitting room and cashier when needed.
