Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Visual Merchandiser role with a fashion retailer.
• Love for fashion, high creativity and ability to influence others.
• Strong knowledge of our brands is preferred.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and commerciality.
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and delegation.
• Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to adapt to changing processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store creative displays, including windows and mannequins to reflect the brand vision and deliver a world-class shopping experience.
• Analyse reports and make data-driven decisions on store layout and product merchandising.
• Support the store management team to deliver and maintain visual standards across all departments.
• Inspire and coach the store team on company standards and customer expectations to drive a world-class JD customer experience.
