Job summary

Woolworths Group is looking for Team Members to deliver friendly service across our stores in Victoria. You’ll be the face customers see and help with a smooth shopping experience.

As part of the team you’ll stock shelves, assist online orders, and uphold safety and store policies. You’ll thrive in a supportive environment that recognises effort and makes room for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank customers during their shopping journey.
• Follow store policies and safety procedures, reporting hazards as needed.
• Assist customers by answering questions or guiding them to products.
• Keep shelves stocked and tidy for a fast, easy shopping journey.
• Shop for online orders and ensure accurate delivery/pick-ups.

About The Role

Our Team Members are the face of Woolies and bring to life everyday what we are famous for - our friendly service.

Working throughout the store, our Team Members do a variety of tasks from getting our stock on shelves, putting our fresh Fruit & Veg on display, to picking orders for our Online Customers and finally being the last friendly face our customers see as they leave our store with their shopping.

What You'll Do

• Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at Woolies
• Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting any hazards
• Help our customers by answering their questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey
• Ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
• Shopping for our online customers, ensuring that they receive what they need
