CONNOR is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Penrith, NSW to lead a fast-paced retail team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will assist in managing daily store operations, coaching staff, and driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in retail preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team.

• Strong track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and stock control to optimize store performance.
• Oversee visual merchandising to reflect brand standards across the floor.
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and upsell opportunities.
