Job summary

Connor is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to join our fast-growing retail team. You will lead a small team, drive customer service excellence and contribute to in-store sales strategy, while upholding our culture and values.

You will have at least 1 year of retail management experience, a passion for fashion, and the ability to coach team members to achieve budgets and KPIs. This role is based in Sydney and offers career development and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year management experience in retail.
• Experience leading a team of 2–4 people.
• Passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion.
• Ability to meet store budget and KPI expectations.
• A drive to identify opportunities to maximise sales and lead a team.

About You

• Have a minimum of 1 years management experience in Retail
• Experience in managing a team of 2 – 4 team members

• Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
• Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
