Job summary

Connor Clothing Pty Ltd is seeking Brand Ambassadors with 1–2 years in retail management to join our fast-paced team. You will lead, motivate and engage your team while delivering world-class customer experiences.

About You:

Have a minimum of 1-2 years in a management role in retail?

Do you have the ability to confidently lead, motivate and engage with your team?

Proven experience in training and coaching team members.

A history of exceeding set goals and KPI’s and driving budgets and targets

Ability to complete operational tasks such as, scheduling, budgets, VM and stock management.

We are looking for Brand Ambassadors that share the same values and can share the brand culture with fellow team members and customers.

Have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.

Are driven to exceed company set budgets and KPI’s.

Have an interest in fashion and retail.
