Job summary

Freedom Furniture Australia Pty Limited is seeking a Store Support Person to help run the back-of-house operations. You will handle stock receiving/disptach, keep customers informed about orders, and manage banking, cash, and purchase orders daily.

Experience in retail is a bonus, but a proactive approach and a desire to learn are valued. The role includes a quarterly incentive scheme, a development plan, and a generous 25% staff discount, supporting your growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a bonus, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are more important.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and dispatching of stock, including stock control / count.
• Keeping our customers updated on their orders, dealing with any queries as they arise.
• Banking, cash and purchase order management, as well as daily reconciliations.
• Ad hoc reporting and administration of the store's daily operations.
• Proactively managing potential risks in your store by conducting floor walks.
