You will lead teams, drive service, sales and stock, coach future leaders, and ensure WHS and food safety standards are met. This is a hands-on retail leadership role in a fast-paced fresh-food environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in fresh food retail leadership preferred.
• Retail leadership experience required.
• Customer-focused, hands-on, and able to lead from the front.
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement.
• Able to manage performance, change and operational priorities.
