Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager in all aspects of running a fast-paced, fresh-food environment. You will own admin and compliance for the store, roster across departments, and keep the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

You will lead teams to deliver excellent service, drive sales and maintain high presentation standards, while coaching team members and ensuring WHS and food safety compliance.

Formación

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded)
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
• Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement

Responsabilidades

• Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding service
• Driving sales, margin, stock control and labour performance
• Coaching and developing team members and future leaders
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standards
