Job summary

Harris Farm in Australia is seeking a store leader who will coach the team to hit customer satisfaction and engagement targets while driving sales and margins.

You will build on-budget rosters, ensure the store remains fresh and well merchandised, and champion food safety and worker wellbeing. You will also contribute to recruitment and onboarding, developing the next generation of Harris Farmers.

Qualifications

• Retail or hospitality leadership experience; supervising a small team is a plus.
• Love of fresh produce, especially fruit and vegetables.
• Ability to juggle people, product and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team to hit customer (NPS), engagement (eNPS), sales, wage and margin targets
• Build rosters on-budget and keep the store running smoothly
• Keep the store looking fresh, abundant and beautifully merchandised
• Champion food safety, workplace safety and compliance, and support injured workers back to work
• Recruitment, onboarding and developing the next generation of Harris Farmers
