Job summary

AUS GPC Asia Pacific Australia Pty Ltd in Preston, VIC, is seeking a Store Person to support warehouse operations with a strong focus on accuracy and safety. You will pick, pack and dispatch orders, meet deadlines and provide customer service within the team environment.

Candidates should have warehouse experience and a good eye for detail, plus a current driver’s licence; forklift licence is advantageous. A positive attitude and teamwork are essential for success.

• Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Current driver’s licence and forklift licence (advantageous).
• Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg.

Store Person About the role:

Our Store Persons put safety first! In fact, we all prioritise safety, ensuring that we Make It Safe and Make It Home. Store Persons are proactive in keeping our warehouse presentable and safe, and take pride in accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders in a timely manner.

Duties include:

• Pick, pack, dispatch orders
• Meet deadlines
• Customer service
• Assist the team where needed
• Storeroom organisation and safety
• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving / machine operation.
