Job summary

NAPA in Australia is seeking a Store Person to accurately pick, pack and dispatch stock while upholding safety and orderly warehouse presentation. You will contribute to timely delivery and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

All applicants should have warehouse experience with a focus on accuracy, a current driver’s licence (forklift licence advantageous), and the ability to lift up to 20kg. A team-focused, safety-driven mindset is essential.

Store Person

About the role: Our Store Persons put safety first! In fact, we all prioritise safety, ensuring that we Make It Safe and Make It Home. Store Persons are proactive in keeping our warehouse presentable and safe, and take pride in accurately picking, packing, and dispatching stock orders in a timely manner.

Duties include:

• Pick, pack, dispatch orders
• Meet deadlines
• Customer service
• Assist the team where needed
• Storeroom organisation and safety
• Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home

Note, this role will require lifting, bending, climbing & safe driving / machine operation.

Who we’re looking for

• Previous warehouse experience with a focus on receivables and dispatching

• A current driver’s licence and forklift licence (advantageous)
• Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg
