Job summary

Argo Natural Resources is seeking a hands-on Storeperson for our New Burton Open Cut operations. You will manage inventory, coordinate deliveries and support maintenance teams to keep the mine running smoothly.

A safety-focused, customer-minded approach is essential for success in our fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have mining stores/warehousing experience, a current forklift license, a valid HR truck licence, and strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills to engage

• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities with workforce teams

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and ensure availability of parts, equipment and supplies
• Coordinate deliveries to the site and support maintenance teams
• Assist in keeping the warehouse running efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Liaise with multiple levels of the workforce to ensure smooth operations

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in a similar stores or warehousing role within the mining industry
• Competent in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel
• Experience with Pulse Vantage is highly desirable
• Current High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) - essential
• Current HR Truck licence - essential
• Strong attention to detail, with effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships and engage effectively with all levels of the workforce
