Job summary

Body Science International in Burleigh Heads, QLD, is seeking a dedicated Store Person to join our on-site warehouse team. This full-time role focuses on accurate receiving, stocking, and order fulfilment to ensure on-time, correct deliveries to customers.

You will work with our warehouse management system, operate forklifts, maintain clean, organized storage areas, and comply with health and safety policies. Training is provided and teamwork is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre, or similar storage environment.
• Proficiency in operating warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items regularly, including heavy products.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to health and safety standards and workplace compliance.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality with a positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods into the warehouse management system.
• Storing products in designated locations, ensuring proper organisation and accessibility.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with customer specifications.
• Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse, storage areas, and work spaces.
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles and ensuring products are secured appropriately.
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damage, or quality issues to management.
• Following all health and safety procedures and workplace policies.
• Assisting with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.

About the role
