Job summary

Bunzl Australasia is seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our Mackay team in a full-time, permanent day shift role. This hands-on position combines warehouse operations with customer deliveries, including receiving, picking, dispatch and stock movement while supporting deliveries to customer sites and maintaining high service standards.

• Experience operating a counterbalance forklift and moving stock safely.
• Holder of a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming stock.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Move stock and support deliveries to customer sites.
• Provide friendly, face-to-face service and maintain a clean warehouse.
• Work with the team to meet daily deadlines.

Your role

We are currently seeking an experienced Storeperson to join our team in Mackay in a full time, permanent day shift role.

This is a hands‑on position with variety, combining warehouse operations and customer deliveries. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, dispatch and stock movement, while also supporting deliveries to customer sites and providing a high level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, unloading and checking incoming stock
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time
• Operating forklifts, electric pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment
• Manual handling and movement of stock as required
• Delivering products to customer sites in company vehicles
• Providing friendly and professional face‑to‑face customer service
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
• Working closely with the team to meet daily operational deadlines
