Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on leader for its Proactive Services across stores on the Gold Coast in Australia. You will lead a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection, and waste support, coordinating rosters and working closely with Store Leadership to tackle challenges and priorities.

You will also manage time and attendance, budget consumables, and contribute physically to daily operations, while promoting a safe, hygienic shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Lead, coach and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster to cover daily tasks and operations.
• Work with Store Leadership to identify challenges and priorities.
• Manage time and attendance for team members and ensure policy compliance.
• Order consumables and maintain these within a budget.
• Contribute hands-on to core operations to ensure day-to-day smooth running.
