adidas Pacific is opening a brand-new Factory Outlet in Galleria, Perth, WA, seeking an Advanced Retail Professional/Sales Floor Supervisor. The role focuses on leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales in a flagship store.

You will support store operations, coach staff on service standards, and uphold adidas Visual Merchandising to create an engaging shopping environment. Applicants must have permanent work rights in Australia or NZ.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales targets.
