OPSM, part of EssilorLuxottica Group, is seeking a Store Manager for the Leichhardt team in Sydney. No optical experience is required as we provide world-class training; you will lead a high-performing retail team delivering exceptional customer experiences across luxury eyewear brands.

You will drive sales targets, manage rostering and stock, and coach staff through change as we launch innovative products and wearable tech.
