Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in retail.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs.
• Strong customer service and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and motivate your team to exceed store targets.
• Coach and train to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as Store Manager when required, including opening/closing.
• Deliver memorable customer service and expert product knowledge.
• Implement visual merchandising and promotional changes.
• Create a safe working environment for staff and customers.
