SHEIKE Toowoomba is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic fashion team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will model the SHEIKE brand, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining store standards and KPIs.

In this full/part-time leadership role, you will oversee rosters, budgeting, and merchandising, ensuring a vibrant, empowering shopping environment for every customer every day.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Store Management experience, ideally in fashion retail.
• Strong styling skills with a passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team.
• Demonstrated experience driving store performance through KPIs and budget management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive, self-motivated mindset.

About the Role

As our Store Manager, you’ll be a true SHEIKE brand ambassador—leading by example, building an engaged and high-performing team, and driving results across all aspects of the store. This is a full/part-time leadership role based at our LOCATION store.
