SHEIKE Toowoomba is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead a fashion retail team at Grand Central Toowoomba. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold SHEIKE’s brand standards in-store.

As Store Manager, you’ll recruit, develop, and coach team members, manage rosters and budgets, and ensure high operational performance while maintaining a positive, empowering store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Store Management experience, ideally in fashion retail.
• Strong styling skills with a passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences.
• Proven ability to lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team.

About the Role

As our Store Manager, you’ll be a true SHEIKE brand ambassador—leading by example, building an engaged and high-performing team, and driving results across all aspects of the store. This is a full/part-time leadership role based at our LOCATION store.
