SHEIKE in Toowoomba is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a friendly, fashion-focused team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will work closely with the Store Manager to set a clear vision and drive store success with confidence.

Ownership of roster planning, stock and visual standards, plus coaching and development of Stylists, will be key. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits with strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience with fashion background is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales.

About the Role

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive store success and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results. You’ll lead from the front, with confidence and a clear vision for success.

• This is a part/full-time role with flexible availability required.
• A full-time opportunity may also be considered for the right candidate.
