STRAND Richmond in Sydney's NSW is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience daily. You will inspire, coach and develop your people to achieve great results while owning the store's commercial performance.

You will coach staff, optimise rosters, manage stock and safety standards, and ensure the STRAND brand values are lived on the shop floor. This role is an on‑site leadership opportunity in Richmond.
