Job summary

rebel Coffs Harbour, part of Super Retail Group, is seeking a hands-on Store Manager or experienced big-box Assistant Store Manager. Lead 25+ legends, coach your team, drive sales and KPIs, and champion safety to create an outstanding customer experience in a standalone store.

Lead 25+ legends, coach and develop your team, drive sales and KPIs, champion safety and create an awesome customer experience in a performing standalone store.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Retail management experience.
• A track record of leading by example and delivering top‑tier customer service.
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
• Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
• Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
