rebel in Hurstville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a 25+ team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll support the Store Manager to maximise sales, ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive, engaging workplace.

Qualificações

• Management/leadership experience required.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to lead by example.

• Knowledge of health and safety and store security requirements.

As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

• Management / leadership experience
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
