Job summary

OPSM Morayfield is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Morayfield team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving store results. The role requires optical retail experience, world-class training, and a passion for eyewear brands.

You will coach and motivate staff, manage stock and store policies, and foster a positive environment that reflects our luxurious brand standards across CHANEL, Ray-Ban, Prada, Gucci, Tiffany & Co, and more.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Morayfieldteam.

Optical experience is required – we also provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
