Job summary

OPSM seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Dubbo team. No optical experience is required as world-class training will prepare you to guide customers through styling eyewear and luxury brands such as Chanel, Ray-Ban, Prada, Gucci, Tiffany & Co, and more—including cutting-edge wearable tech.

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and motivate your team to meet and exceed store targets.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support our Dubbo team.

No optical experience is required – we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.
