OPSM is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Woden team in Canberra. No optical experience is required—we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported while delivering an exceptional customer experience with luxury brands.

We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Woden team.

No optical experience is required - we provide world class training to ensure you feel supported and confident providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities

• Previous supervisory/leadership experience, ideally in a retail environment
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Confidence to provide and improvement feedback to your team.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
