The Reject Shop in Australia is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead on the floor with a team of 10 to 15. You’ll drive daily operations, service standards and stock integrity, working alongside store staff rather than desk-bound management.

You’ll operate under a schedule that excludes Sunday hours and includes every second Saturday off, with a strong path for growth as we expand the Dollarama Australia model.

Qualifications

• You’ve previously managed a retail store, and you lead by doing.
• No discount variety experience needed; training provided.
