The Reject Shop in Melbourne is seeking a store leader to run a full-scale store on the floor with a hands-on approach. You’ll manage a team of 10 to 15, handle stock, service and standards, and lead by doing rather than office work.

If you love being on the shop floor, this role is for you. No Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, and three days off in a row every second weekend are part of the roster, offering a rare balance in retail.

Qualifications

• You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing.

Responsibilities

• Run your own store, hands-on on the floor with a team of 10 to 15.
• Be on the floor handling work, stock, service and standards, not in an office.
• Lead by example to train and guide your team.
