The Reject Shop in Victoria is seeking an Assistant Store Manager as we transition into Dollarama Australia, offering a real path to running your own store. You’ll be hands-on on the floor, leading the team alongside the Store Manager and stepping in when they’re away.

The roster features no Sunday hours, every second Saturday off, and three days off in a row every second weekend, a unique cadence for retail.

Qualifications

• Led a shift or supervision experience in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to train new starters and manage a team
• Experience in retail or hospitality is valuable but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead store floor operations and service delivery
• Work with Store Manager to run daily store activities
• Mentor and coach team members and ensure standards are met
