Skechers Australia/New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager for our Noosa Civic store. You will lead a passionate team, drive sales, coach staff, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences across our brand.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in store leadership, strong operational standards, and the confidence to make in-store decisions that grow the Skechers brand and customer loyalty in Australia & New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or ASM/Supervisor and track record of driving sales.
• Ability to work autonomously and make in-store decisions that positively impact sales.
• Strong operational standards across VM, stock control, and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own whole-store performance by driving sales and customer experiences.
• Lead and coach a high-performing, engaged team.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations including wage control and stock accuracy.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or senior leader (ASM/Supervisor), with a strong track record of driving sales and team performance
• The ability to work autonomously, with confidence to make in-store decisions that positively impact sales performance
• A growth mindset, actively seeking feedback and motivated to progress into flagship stores or senior leadership roles
• A confident coach with a passion for developing others and building engaged, high-performing teams
• Strong operational standards across visual merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation

Sales & Service

• Own whole-of-store performance by driving sales, added value, UPT, and exceptional customer experiences
• Lead by example by connecting with customers on the shop floor to drive sales
• Connect and educate our loyal customers on our world-famous product

Coaching & Leadership

• Coach and develop a high-performance, fun and energetic culture through hands-on mentoring and on-floor leadership.
• Manage and lead a diverse team to success across various aspects of our stores

Store Operations

• Deliver weekly feedback on business performance, wins, and opportunities
• Oversee day to day store operations – prioritising and delegating duties as needed
• Maintain high standards across wage control, shrink, VM execution and stock accuracy
• Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
