Job summary

The Salvos Morwell Store is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the Morwell Salvos Stores, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience while raising funds to support Australians in need. Reporting to the Area Manager, this permanent full-time role offers salary and conditions in line with Retail General Industry Award, Level 6.

Responsibilities include leading store operations, budgeting, stock control, and staff development in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience (essential).
• Strong proven customer service, interpersonal and communication skills (essential).
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and engage people.
• Ability to work to budgets and manage operational priorities.
• Experience using Workday HCM system (highly regarded).

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to lead our team Morwell Salvos Stores. As Store Manager, you’ll drive sales, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience, all while helping us raise vital funds to support Australians in need. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a permanent full-time role located in Morwell, Victoria. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Retail General Industry Award, Level 6.
