Responsibilities

• Create a customer-centric, development-focused culture delivering outstanding team and customer experiences.
• Lead the store team to meet KPIs and goals across Sales, People, Compliance, Visual Merchandising, Wages, and Safety.
• Oversee daily operations including team leadership, stock control, loss prevention, store presentation, and promotions.
• Manage wages to support profitability, efficiency, and customer service standards.
• Analyse store performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Coach, train and develop team members to build capability and support career growth.
• Recruit, develop and retain talent to maintain an engaged, high-performing team.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive workplace meeting WHS requirements.
