Job summary

Road Tech Marine Pty. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team in an outdoors and fishing-focused retail environment. You will drive sales, inspire staff, and uphold outstanding customer service while managing day-to-day store operations.

You will foster a dynamic, supportive culture with emphasis on training, stock control, and visual merchandising to maximise results and customer satisfaction.
