RTM is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Mackay store and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, mentor a team and ensure operational excellence across merchandising, budgeting and payroll duties.

With a passion for outdoor tech and a proven retail background, you will set store standards, push growth, and develop staff through hands-on leadership and targeted training.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales to meet and exceed store budgets.
• Merchandise and apply sales techniques to grow store sales.
• Develop store by implementing planned activities.
• Communicate budgets to team and adjust as needed.
• Lead by example to ensure strong store operations.
• Train and develop team members.
• Identify underperformance and work with Area Manager to improve skills.
• Manage store expenses, petty cash and expenditure.
• Roster and payroll approval responsibilities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving sales to achieve and exceed budget for your store.
• Emphasizing, merchandising and sales techniques to grow sales within the store.
• Focusing on store development and implementation of set activities for your store.
• Communicating sales budgets to your team and refocusing as required.
• Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure the store is managed effectively.
• Providing training to and supporting development of your team members.
• Identifying and managing areas of underperformance in store and working with your team and Area Manager to improve their skills.
• Managing general store expenses, petty cash and expenditure.
• Rostering and payroll approval responsibilities.

Experience Required

• Previous store management experience in retail to lead your team to success.
• A passion for the outdoors and technology to enhance the customer experience.
• Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately.
• Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities.
• A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
