Job summary

OPSM, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager for the Leichhardt team in Sydney. This senior retail role offers world-class training and a pathway to career progression while leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across luxury eyewear brands.

You will guide styling and personalisation of premium frames, drive sales targets, and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven track record of achieving sales targets within KPI structures.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and new initiatives.
Passion for technology, innovation and continuous learning.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organisational abilities.
Retail leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
