OPSM, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager for the Leichhardt team. You will lead a dynamic retail group, driving sales and delivering luxury eyewear experiences, with comprehensive world-class training provided.

You will champion product knowledge, manage daily operations, and foster a positive store culture that reflects our premium brands and customer-first approach.

• Proven track record leading retail teams to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Experience guiding teams through change and new product launches.

• Excellent relationship-building and time-management skills.
