White's Management Group’s Mount Coolum IGA seeks an experienced Store Manager to drive exceptional service and strong store performance on the Northern Sunshine Coast. You will lead a capable team, uphold food safety standards, and manage rostering, stock, and merchandising with integrity and customer focus.

The role rewards a credible, visible leadership style, strong communication, and a track record of improving sales and profit. Prior independent supermarket experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ management experience in a supermarket environment.
• Proven financial management capability across sales, gross profit, wages and cost control.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach a diverse store team.
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, WHS, weights and measures, and trade practices.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop department managers and team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Model White’s IGA core values and effective ways of working.
• Create a welcoming customer experience and maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.
• Manage rostering, recruitment, training and performance development.
• Oversee stock control, shrinkage, and monthly stocktakes.
• Deliver marketing and merchandising programs across the store.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, WHS, trade practices, awards, and company policies.
