Job summary

OPSM Richmond is seeking a Store Manager to lead our busy Melbourne store within EssilorLuxottica's global eyewear group. No optical experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to deliver an exceptional customer experience with luxury brands.

You will drive sales, coach a retail team, manage rostering and inventory, and uphold store standards while delivering the best in eyewear technology and fashion to our customers.

Responsibilities
