Job summary

OPSM is seeking a Store Manager for the Victoria Gardens team in Melbourne to drive sales, lead a high-performing retail crew and deliver exceptional customer experiences with the latest eyewear technology.

You will coach a diverse team, implement product launches, manage rostering and store standards, and foster a positive environment. Training is provided to support growth within the EssilorLuxottica group.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Lead teams through change, including the introduction of new and innovative products and technology.
• Drive adoption of new products by ensuring your team is confident, engaged and customer-focused.
• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge.
• Recruit, develop and retain a passionate and capable retail team.
