Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager in fashion retail or customer service.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of KPIs, budgets and sales performance.
• Ability to analyse performance and implement growth strategies.
• Understanding of customer experience and sales leadership.
• Highly organised with planning, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, coach and retain a strong team.
• Confident communicator who is honest, candid and accountable.

Skills required:
