Elite Supplements, Australia’s leading supplement retailer, is seeking a Store Manager for the Miranda store to lead the team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will own day-to-day operations, coaching your team, managing rosters, stock and store standards while delivering sales targets.

The role is full-time, hands-on, and requires availability during peak seasons. Elite supports career progression and ongoing training to help you grow within the business.

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a standout in-store experience
• Coach, motivate and develop team members through feedback and leadership
• Manage rosters, wage budgets and daily store operations
• Monitor store performance and take action to improve results
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members
• Oversee inventory, stock control and operational processes
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness and store presentation
• Execute promotions, displays, sampling activities and social media initiatives
• Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture
• Ensure company policies, procedures and standards are followed
