Stylerunner Miranda is seeking a Store Manager who will lead from the front, coaching a fashion-forward team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will own daily operations, ensuring an inclusive, energetic, brand-aligned environment and driving growth with your Area Manager.

You’ll cultivate a Make it Happen mindset, smash sales targets, and manage rosters, stock, shrinkage and customer service to empower women who show up for themselves.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year retail management experience.
• Confident, driven leadership style.
• Passion for fashion, wellness and Stylerunner aesthetic.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPI targets.
