Stylerunner Miranda is seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and deliver premium in-store experiences aligned with our brand. You’ll champion fashion, wellness, and exceptional service in a high-energy environment that puts customers first.

You’ll coach and develop a passionate team, manage daily operations including rostering, stock, and visual merchandising, and partner with the Area Manager to seize growth opportunities.

Competenze

• 1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Proven track record achieving sales and KPI targets.
• Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
• Ability to drive results with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
