Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's OPSM in Parkes is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Parkes team with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, drive adoption of new luxury eyewear products and technology, oversee daily store operations, rostering, stock control and visual standards, and create an inclusive store environment.
