OPSM in Australia is seeking a proactive Store Manager to lead our Phoenixteam and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will coach your team to exceed targets and foster a shopping environment that blends luxury fashion with smart eyewear technology.

No optical experience is required – we provide world-class training to ensure you feel supported and confident in helping customers choose exceptional eyewear.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Oversee daily store operations including rostering, stock control, visual standards and compliance.
• Champion exceptional customer experiences through expert product knowledge.
