OPSM's Store Manager – Oran Park is a dynamic leadership role guiding our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across luxury frames and lenses. You’ll coach the team, drive sales, manage daily store operations, and champion new products and wearable tech.

With strong KPI focus, you’ll recruit and develop talent, ensure visual standards, rostering and compliance, while creating an inclusive, high-energy store culture that reflects OPSM’s award-winning identity.
